Restore purchases

Already paid? You do not need to buy again.

1. Request a recovery code

Email support@balloonbearexpeditions.com with your book title or pass, PayPal transaction ID, purchase date and payment email. You can attach your receipt. Never send a password or card details.

We check your purchase and reply with a one-use code. This is handled by a person, so the code is not sent instantly.

2. Enter your code in the browser you want to use

On that browser, open the library and choose Restore purchases. Paste the code below. Codes expire after 24 hours.

This moves purchases associated with your previous browser to this browser. The previous browser loses access. Original expiry dates stay the same; refunded or expired purchases are not reactivated.
